The breakfast was good,a large choice of food.The room was comfortable and clean.The view from our balcony was amazing.
There was very hot in the room in the afternoon ant in the evening and there was no air conditioner in the hotel.We got a fan on request and it was a little helpful.

The best location in Borovets.The hotel offers everything you need.Super nice activities for everyone and I appreciate the weekend entertainment.The staff is smiley and helpful-from the housekeepers,a girl from the reception that allowed us late check out and the very impressive waitress Tsvetelina from the Terrace lounge.All our requests she met with Yes and big smile-thank you!Also the breakfast was very variable and tasty
My small suggestion is for one more pillow for each person,but probably if you ask will get it.And for that big hotel I think the kids club is quite small

The restaurant staff was polite. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. And that is where everything positive ends.
The room has no air conditioning—only heating. The afternoon temperature reached 37 degrees. The reception staff suggested we open the balcony door, which has no mosquito net. The balcony itself is small, narrow, and overgrown with grass. The room's view is listed as a "Park view," but it is actually a "Parking view."
The bathroom is cramped. When the housekeepers came to clean, instead of emptying the trash bin, they threw garbage into the toilet. When we returned, a soap wrapper was floating in the toilet bowl.
The hotel was fully booked, and finding a parking spot was difficult.
I was woken up at least twice by screaming children in the hallway.
The rules for the hot tubs are not enforced, turning them into a children's pool.
The dinner selection at the restaurant was limited, with far too much emphasis on desserts.
This was not our first visit, and we had always been satisfied before, which is why we booked this hotel again. However, this stay was unpleasant, and we will not be choosing this hotel in the future.
