The location, the rooms, the food, everything was great.
The SPA can be improved. The pool is improvisation.

The food was extraordinary, the room and the whole hotel was warm, which was very important for us, the apartment was very big and spacious, there was always hot water in the bathroom and the staff were very kind and helpful. Totally worth the money and time!
The pool and jacuzzi were a bit old and it was very hot inside there.

All good

It's an okay place if you just need a place to sleep (I went snowboarding for instance). Staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable as well!
Bathroom had leaks, moreover there wete bulges around the bathroom door due to the humidity, making the door kind of funky to close. The room was not bad, however for 4 stars I'd expect more than a bed, sofa, small table and a TV. The SPA is unusable because it's small and works with reservation.
