Peter & his family WILL look after you. Don't worry about anything, they're the best host ever and you will feel like part of the family.
And when your happy about the room, they offer awesome service, food and pricing in the restaurant below.
Location, location, location....... If you are after the top of the mountain and the gondola to get up there, then this is perfect for you. It's about a 30 second walk to the gondola, you can't get closer. (It's only a 5 min walk away from the other slopes, also, so don't be lazy!!)
I was in the apartment next to BJ's, it can be a little noisy till 3am which might not be ideal for early risers. I was an early riser (7am), but I did my research and took ear plugs, never heard a thing with them in. There's 2 apartment's, one next to BJ's (the lively bar) and one on the other side which should be quieter.
I was in the one closest. It was noisy till 3am with the cheesiest music ever, cant get around that, but with the prior knowledge of needing earplugs it wasn't a problem. Either way, I came away feeling like I got an absolute bargain. YMMV.

Great location.
No bed or bed linen for the living room. So only two single beds in one room rather than two rooms as advertised.
