Charming old house in the atmospheric old town. Characterful bedrooms. Attractively presented breakfast. Very friendly welcome and stay.

this is the second time I have stayed there. the room is nice and big with a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Lovely breakfast (especially the homemade zacusca) and the wine and cheese in an evening is a nice touch. Great location near the old fort and a short walk to the restaurants in the art quarter.

Hristo was very kind, helpful and polite. The location is brilliant, in the heart of the Old Town. Parking is available near the hotel, FOC, which is great. The breakfast was also very nice and fresh. There’s a selection of fresh cheese, deli meat, salads, etc. The hotel is also dog friendly.
Unfortunately for us it was very noisy at night. Hotel guests were very loud during the early hours. It was a Friday night, so maybe this was bad luck on our part. We also found the bed uncomfortable. The pillows were not comfy and the bedding was too heavy for this time of year. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well. But considering all the other positive reviews, maybe we just had bad luck.
