I visited the hotel just a few days after they opened and started accommodating guests. The staff was very polite, they were always asking me if I need something, asked for feedback what they can improve as they just started. The building is very beautiful and is the old town of Plovdiv - close to all main sites in the city. The rooms was clean and freshly renovated, the bed was comfy.
There were no restaurant as advertised, although it's not a big deal - they provide a breakfast and you can eat outside the hotel for lunch and dinner.

Beautifully cleaned and decorated. Quiet and comfortable.
Great communication by the host that was waiting to welcome us.
Right in the old town, perfect for exploring it but also very easy walk to the cental pedestrian street and gardens.
Would be great to have some black out curtains on the window.
Not many restaurants or cafes in the area, but it's 5 min walk to the main pedestrian street with all the choices that gives you.
I booked it for its proximity to the ancient theatre but be warned that it is a steep uneven cobblestone climb. The host warned us to go around the main street and it was very wise.

Sten, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming. He contacted us on the morning of our arrival to ask what time we would be arriving and whether we needed a parking space to be reserved. As soon as we arrived, he warmly welcomed us, showed us our room, and carefully explained everything about the keys and the property.
The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed having the chance to try a traditional Bulgarian breakfast for the first time: their homemade banitsa served with yogurt was delicious!
We especially appreciated that they also offer cappuccino with plant-based milk (almond milk).
The location is wonderful, right in the Old Town, which makes the atmosphere even more special. From the very beginning, we felt better than home and genuinely welcomed. The kindness and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
💕 We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again! 💕

Great place, kind and nice hosts, Stan was always there to assist and help in every way, it was clean and all our needs were met. I would go again!
