The room was... glorious! Retro style, really well-restored, I felt like I traveled back to the late 19th and early 20th century. There was an antique bath tub within the room, a separate toilet with a bidet, nice sink and mirror, the bed was really comfortable, the antique wardrobe was enough for all my clothes, and the chairs and table were simply outstanding too.
The whole place felt really tranquil and historical (it is a historic building) and it was close to the edge of Plovdiv's Old Town, so there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
The staff were polite, they left me a key and instructions (as check in was up to 6 PM and I arrived at 6:30) and the breakfast was modest, but completely sufficient and tasty, the coffee outstanding.
Would definitely want to do this again for longer!
Everything was fine, the room was a bit dim, but that's because the lamps were also made to fit with the historic/antique look of the room.
