Fabulous stay!

The hotel was amazing. A beautiful modern hotel. The location was outstanding. Exactly in the middle between the beautiful Old Town and cozy artistic neighbourhood of Kapana. The breakfast was of a high standard and the service excellent. Especially the host Konstantin did a fabulous job.

Perfect place in the Old town

The place was great: from the outside they have kept the look of the Old town in Plovdiv, which is amazing, and inside everything is renovated. The rooms were very clean and nice, we had everything needed. Location was perfect - Just at the entrance of the Old town. The host was very hospitable, helped us with parking the car. The breakfast was delicious: for the coffee lovers, I have to mention the coffee machine, which was of high quality so we could drink real good espresso.

Прекрасно място, направено с много вкус и финес. Помислено е за всичко до последния детайл. Местоположението е отлично. На една ръка разстояние до Джумаята и до Стария град. Пред хотела има платен паркинг, който може да се ползва от гостите. Закуската е богата и висококачествена. Впечатлена съм от нивото на услугата. В Пловдив това е моето място.

Overall very happy with our stay. For sure we will use this botique hotel again when in Plovdiv.

The family room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. There is also a kitchen in the family room with full size oven if you did choose to cook. Hill House boutique residence is exceptionally clean inside the room and all other common areas. The front desk reception are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring Plovdiv old town.

As a very minor negative, the bed was a bit on the hard side for our taste. There is secure parking 30m from the hotel at an additional cost of 10 Euro per night, fine for a short stay but would add to the cost if staying for an extended period.

Great location, clean and friendly

The location is excellent, in the old town, close to all the main historical sights and the shops and restaurants. The property is traditional outside and beautifully renovated inside. It is spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Make this your choice in Plovdiv!

Superb location, impeccably clean and perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Staff were friendly and efficient and went way above to please. Front desk, restaurant and room staff were great at their jobs and made us feel welcome. Gluten free options for breakfast as well! The ratings on this hotel are well deserved.

Honestly, hard to find fault with anything. Would not hesitate to make this our first choice when we return someday for another visit.

Clean and location was great.

Bathroom floor got wet every time we showered. No tissues. No safe. Room key had the name and number of the room on it. Should it get lost, it could be a problem. Front door was often left open by staff. Breakfast was not great. Stale food was served.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything

The Hill House is in an excellent location right in between the Old Town, Kapana and the modern center in a beautiful location. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and did everything to make my stay pleasant.

A perfect stay with fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, and an ideal location.

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. The staff did their best to ensure our visit was exceptional. They secured a convenient parking spot for us in a nearby parking location at a very reasonable rate, they were friendly and made us feel at home. They provided detailed directions, which were incredibly helpful as we arrived by car. The breakfast they offered was not only delicious but also accompanied by a top-notch coffee. The perfect start to our day! The location of the hotel was a major highlight as well, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Kapana, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. I can't recommend HillsHouse highly enough. The exceptional service, great breakfast, and prime location made our stay amazing. Would love to visit again.

Great location and stay.

Very clean, bright and spacious. Location is right in the old town and convenient to just walk around. The lady at reception was also super helpful.

All good. Except the bathroom shower doesnt have a divider so toilet bowl and all gets wet everytime we shower.

Great boutique hotel in fantastic location

Fantastic location, lovely building, Lovely large rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast

Not an issue for us but may be for others. We were on the 2nd floor and breakfast is in the basement. This means climbing up and down 3 floors for breakfast. If stairs are an issue, try and get a room on the ground floor

HillHouse Hotel is a pearl in the heart of Plovdiv. The location is great for sightseeing. The host is friendly and helpful. I ate the best pancakes in my life for breakfast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for its comfort and design of the rooms.

Very spacious rooms, huge and comfortable beds, fresh and charming interior design, clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of seasonal fruit and veg. Service was great.

No extra electrical sockets on bedside for phone charging;; pillows could be softer; no shower curtain
