all Radisson good standard in terms of facility...
well breakfast makes a day, and here it was bellow usual radisson standards, "artificial" orange juice, .... area to improve to have motivation to come again.

It’s clean and worth price.
The breakfast is absolutely not wonderful rated. But it’s good actually. Worth buying it.
Staff needs to learn a bit of smiling face.

I got a room upgrade. The size of the room was perfect and the view very much rewarding. The bed was perfect in all respects. Breakfast had big variety of A class products and the service quality the best.
The bathroom had a very slippery bathtub. That’ s bit dangerous. The location is a bit far on foot from the busy area of the town. You need to use a taxi for getting to the old town area.

Food is great. Parking is plentiful, secure and accommodating for low sports cars etc. Spa is very clean and well maintained on previous occasions. Standards climbed a year or two ago!.
No warming that the Spa was closed indefinitely, and was told that it was an emergency repair.
Only to later find out that it was an established fault that should have been scheduled as to not inconvenience customers. Really disappointed as I book this place mainly because of the spa. Manager should have just told the truth!
Staff could be a lot more friendly upon greeting. Instead they looked at me as if I was an inconvenience.
Only one person at the desk knows how to greet clients. I think she's Ukrainian and an asset to the company. A young boy in the restaurant needs international skills, as I found him offensive. And I have stayed there many times. Maybe less in the future! Standards are starting to slip again.
On previous occasions a manager would always come and make sure that my stay was going well, and thus, be able to give feedback on the fly.
Just didn't happen this time, hence the long text.
