Хороший отель с вежливым персоналом.

С горячей водой были не большие проблемы, но и принятие контрастного душа не испортило впечатления от отдыха.

Good

Tap was broken and sink was a bit dirty. Toilet was a bit gross as well but not much you can do about a stained/paint peeling toilet I guess. Room was good. Fresh linen. Good aircon but quite noisy. Someone was smoking outside near our balcony and all the smoke went through our vents so we could smell it in our room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There were also baby ants in the room. Overall probably would rate it a 6.9/10.

staff are accommodating and treat us well. Breakfast is good but maybe should have a lot of choices. bathrooms are okay, except that they need to check or change towels everyday, put extra for the lavatory

rooms should be ready for occupancy, 1 room has no airconditioner or not working well, 1 room has no installed locker. put extra towels in bathroom

Very good

Overall was a really good stay. The location was good and room was clean.

The shower was not a consistent temperature. It would go between hot and cold.

Very good

location is well situated in the center of the town -- everything is within walking distance, finding a restaurant, looking souvenir shops and going to the beach -- easy peasy!

there is no elevator in the hotel :(

Not worth the cost

The bed was comfy.

Not at all value for money. I requested to swap rooms as the shower didn't work, in fact the configuration of the room made it nearly impossible to get in the shower. Had to move abags.myself. wasn't really value for money.

Excellent location and helpful staff.

Again, for me, it is the location. It's very near to the centre of everything. Local amenities and restaurants.

The only downside I would say is that there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you will have to carry it down. Although they probably offer to carry up to and from the room. Also, the shower door would leak into the toilet area. It sip under the glass door into the main toilet, and the entire floor would be wet.

great position needs managing

location, super friendly staff and booked excursions

almost everything went wrong, first the safe didn’t work, so we put our valuables & passports in the reception safe. When we returned later they weren’t manning the desk, the safe was open and anybody could have stolen everything. Our room safe kept breaking, the tv had to be changed after asking 4 times for them to tune it etc etc.

Good but basic

The location of the property is very good in relation to the the town and the staff could arrange scooters very quickly when required.

I read the reviews before booking and read about the noisy AC but was not sure if people were being dramatic but our room was loud and kept us awake during the stay so I can reconfirm this is an issue. The bathrooms are also small and badly lit. Breakfast is average.

Nice place in the heart of El Nido

Good hotel in the centre of ElNido , Wi-Fi most of the time works fine, hot/cold water, air con, even Netflix was in the room! stuff just amazing very helpful and because of them we wish to come back today! water dispenser on the almost all floors! we had a mini fridge and kettle in the room, beautiful view in the penthouse on the bay( room tour on @travel.palma ig)

would be nice to have a chilll relax place to meet other and share experiences, we had a little problem with booking but stuff immediately sort out the problem.

Staff. They always smile, and try to solve problems.

The only negative thing is air condition works really loud.
