Zentral in El Nido, Personal war sehr freundlich.
A/C etwas veraltet, deshalb ziemlich laut. Musste Sie nachts ausschalten damit wir schlafen konnten.

The location was great!
Lack of communication between staff.
The RL has two locations and our booking was at the older side. I booked 2 bedrooms as we were a family of 5 and bookings.com recommended booking 2 rooms. When we arrived we were told that one room was at the other location and one was in this location for one night only. The following day, our second room would be moved right next door. Being our first time in the Phillipines, my partner did not want to leave us so we advised reception that tonight we will squeeze in one room and tomorrow 2 people will move in to the room next door when it’s available. They ended up giving our second room away. My partner had to ask about our second room and it was back and forth between the staff. He asked about a refund and was told that they will see if management will allow and at this point he demanded a refund.

Everything was clean in the family room. Also rhe bathroom was fine
That there was no sunlight in the room and that it is very small for 4 adults it was a bit too small. So the air quality was also not that good. Freh air was only coming through the door or the aircon. Also when everyone has luggage it was very difficult to place everything in a proper way. There is also not a good way to dry clothes in the room.
