Well packed with a bed surprise inside

La struttura è bella solo esternamente

Internamente la struttura è terribile. Ti chiedono un deposito di 5000 pesos, dopo 5 giorni ancora nn li ho visti tornare indietro. Chiedo di organizzarmi un trasferimento a port barton alla reception la mattina per il giorno dopo, la sera alle 22.30 mi dicono che con i loro partner non c’è posto nei VAN e mi propongono un viaggio privato che costa quanto un biglietto aereo, declino gentilmente l’offerta e decido di andare alla stazione la sera stessa a trovare un VAN, in 15 min prendo 2 contatti, la mattina seguente faccio chiamare uno dei 2 numeri dalla reception, e scopro che quel contatto loro gia lo avevano ma non lo avevano chiamato ho dovuto trovarmelo da solo e guarda caso mi avevano proposto di andare con van privato carussimo…. Inoltre la garden view è terribile, di seguito metto foto della mia vista

Everything went well. They were even quick in repairing our room’s door just with one call. However, We were kicked out of the lobby because we were eating food we bought from outside on our last day. We asked if we can be at their outside patio but we were declined. No signage noted around the place saying no outside food allowed and this is even after seeing a family also ate outside food at the lobby few minutes prior to us. We looked like unhoused guests along their hotel’s driveway standing/eating under the heat of the sun. Very disappointing after having a nice time at El Nido

Front desk person seemed to favor international guests giving them native necklaces upon checking-in while we didn’t get any when we checked-in, than local/returning Filipinos. When we were kicked out of their lobby, they could have at least allow us at their patio.

the worst stay ever in my ifd

absolutely nothing

the rooms are smelly, wifi sucks, service at the restaurant was extremely slow, towels are limited per guest, i felt really uncomfortable staying at this hotel

great - I would recommend it !

gréât location - less than 10 min walk to the city of El Nido in an area relatively calm - spectacular view of the cliff from the premium rooms and from the rooftop pool

maybe a little too much music from the bar across the street but the windows are well insulated

The staff and location are both very good. The hotel is clean and pleasant to look at. Our room was large

Breakfast was obviously not for European palettes. All we could eat really was bread and omlettes. After 6 days that wears a bit thin. The cornflakes became chocolate co ered on day 3, so that was them ruled out for me. The toilet that served the receptolipn area and dining room was out of order for the whole of our 6 day stay

Nice pool & location

- Friendly staff - Good location - Nice pool - Nice and modern hotel with good instalations - breakfast didn’t have much variety but it was good

- Wi-Fi was really bad - Our bedroom floor was always flooded after taking a shower - Our room didn’t have a balcony only a very small window that did not open completely, so we could not drain our swimming suits anywhere, everything was humid and wet in the room. - booked the hotel transfer to Nacpban beach and the return driver was extremely rude (everybody in Philipines are so nice and welcoming that this time we felt unconfortable)

it was a wonderful stay for our family and would stay here again should we return!

the location is perfect. just walking distance from the busy center but perfect for relaxing and quiet area. The property is very modern. The lobby is really cozy compared to other similar sized hotels. The interiors are very modern and instagramable! It is clean and the staff are all so friendly and accommodating. i highly recommend this hotel.

they should add more lights around the pool at night, since the pool itself has no underwater lights.

Fabulous! Lagun Staff keep up the excellent work!

Excellent service! The place would not be in tiptop shape without the 24/7 staff coverage. Everyone was welcoming and the facilities is really nice. Location is perfect for what we wanted to explore.

If there is one thing some travelers I know who would find it a need is the WiFi. It is not as strong as your home internet so don’t expect it. I particularly don’t mind. I’m on vacation. So for those who are reading this and love there wifi to be strong 24/7… Stay home… Lagun Hotel is an Excellent! Hot Spot.

The most impressive were the staff. Breakfast had good selections. The pool was ok accessible.

The "garden" view was awful. Literally need to close the window entire time since I can see what the neighbors are doing or they see us close (about 30ft). They cut their wall short. Way too humid in the room, the towels wont even dry up at all. Needs more vent.

The breakfast was quite filling with some fruit options as well. Appreciated the service very much!

The wifi connection is a bit unstable.

Still Enjoyed this holiday.

Staffs were friendly and attentive. Facilities are nice and working proprely. Location is good as advertised though pop up mini stores and houses below the limestone cliffs makes the view a little dissappointing!

Price of lunch and dinner in Habi restaurant is a wee bit pricey for me.
