Definitely a very “used” property. Carpet on the stairs were very dirty. The pool was great. It was definitely cold so I wanted it heated. I tried to arrange getting it heated the day before we arrived but the property manager said contact the people we booked it through and the Evolve group said contact the property manager?!?! I had high hopes that there would be instructions in the home but there wasn’t. It finally took phone calls to both places to get it figured out. It was worth it because we had some very young children with us. Part of the hand rail was broken and I reported as soon as we settled in because I didn’t want to get charged. The property manager responded with ok. I later learned the garbage disposal did not work and reported that with no response. One of the upstairs toilets was broken as well and I didn’t even bother to report it because of the lack of response on the other issues we had with the property. Oh and one roll of paper towels and no extra rolls of toilet paper for a house with eight people. Overall it was ok. If you have a couple to choose from, I’d look at the other ones first.

We came to Orlando on family vacation plan. The house is confortable for 10-11 persons. The estate is secure and tidy. Close to Disney parks, far from Universal parks.
There were grocery stores, supermarket, gas station nearby.
The only downside of the house is the gas bbq grill, doesn’t have any.

The house was absolutely amazing! Manager is also very good responded in great timing... security at the front gate was a little difficult especially with users but the house and manager were great other then that!

Great house. The location was convenient and the community amenities were awesome. The kids ages 7-14 loved the game room in the garage. A few housekeeping misses, but nothing major. All in all a great stay and will look to book again soon.

Wonderful location, so clean and pretty! Great views, pools, and abode! Loved the layout, kitchen, and setting-everything was super! Javier (property mgr) was on the spot with any questions and the owner was so accommodating and welcoming! Would LOVE to return here and would definitely recommend. :)

Nice and well maintained house, located in a nice and tidy estate, close to Disney parks but far from Universal parks.
The two only downsides were the dinner table is for 6 persons but the house is for up to 11, and there is no bbq grill. The pool heating has and extra charge.
Overall, I recommend the house.

First and foremost thank you for the stay. The house was very clean, plenty of space and was very close to all the courses we played. I'd like to thank our host for the great communication from booking, checking in and the check-out process. We all enjoyed the hot tub along with the pool! Huge bonus! The house is the perfect size for a large family. We loved the pool and outdoor space. The beds were comfy and the game room became a nightly routine. When we arrived a smoke detector was chirping, we texted and someone came within minutes! He showed us the pool controls and took care of the detector.
It is clear that this is a rental managed by a service. There are minimum amounts of soaps, detergents, and paper products. So if you plan on more than a night or two add paper towels, toilet paper to the list. We bought our own pool floats. Be sure to read the binder for all sorts of info.

Rental and checkin process were easy enough, location was good and house was spacious but a few issues with the house that can be corrected with some TLC. Here’s a list: showers need deep cleaning, upstairs water pressure is low, one of the sinks in master bedroom has a very slow drain, two pests seen during our stay, towels need replacing (they’ve seen a few too many house guests), dryer takes a couple cycles to dry clothes, upstairs AC doesn’t cool well.

The house was beautiful I love the layout of the home, I want to say thank you to the owner of the home for calling me to welcome me to his home that means a lot to me. The only downfall I had is there weren't any extra towels in the upstairs bathroom and there weren't any dishcloths in the kitchen to clean the countertop also there needs to be the more parking

Check in would have gotten a 5 but when I booked they gave me an electronic number to enter the property and an instruction to get on a website to register our cars before arrival but no link or account to sign in. I called Javier to help register the cars and he said they register at the gate, which was fine but then that the number they sent me was for a lock system that they don’t use anymore. He told me how to access the property, the problem was that if I hadn’t called to get the parking info I would have been at the front door with no way in. Those were the only problems during our stay and they were both resolved quickly and efficiently by the propert manager. The water park and club house were great and the pool on site was wonderful too!

This is the 3rd house I have rented in the Windsor Hills Neighborhood and it was our least favorite. It was roomy and spacious, but is in dire need of general Maintenance!! The washer was covered in mold on the inside, the carpet is completely stained/nasty, Master TV skipped, there were 10 sections missing from the screened pool and the list goes on and on. Worst part was coming home from the park to find about 100 tiny bugs were in the master bath tub, gross! Upon arrival we were given a door code. Well unfortunately the door didn’t have a digital code it had a lock box with key. Thank goodness we came during business hours so we were able to track down the lock box code since it was different from the original door code. It was great this house came with a ring doorbell for “our safety”. But we were creeped out once we got a call that the owner noticed we have a electric car and was worried we were using too much of his electricity. Good to know we were being watched by the owner through the camera. At that point we were just hoping that was the only camera! We will back to Windsor Hills, but not this house. P.S. I have never left a negative review before to any property.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It took us only minutes to get to Disney Parks. The Property was clean and spacious. It was stocked with the essentials needed for our Weekend (cooking utensils, pool towels, laundry detergent & more) and the Property Manager was beyond awesome he was helpful even beyond our stay.

Great Getaway for a Family Trip
The property was very clean and spacious! There were 10 of us staying at the house, including 2 teenagers and 2 three-year-olds, and we all had a great time. Everyone enjoyed the game room and it was really nice having a private pool and the option to go to the community pool and kids area. Communication with the property manager, Javier, was great! He was quick to respond to my emails before and during our trip and had even offered to bring something by that I could not find in the house during our stay (it was nothing major so we took care of it, but I greatly appreciated him offering!). All in all, it was a great experience!

Great place to stay for Disney!
We loved this house. There were plenty of bedrooms and one was in the main floor, which is convenient if you have someone who is not able to navigate stairs. The house was clean, well-stocked, and the pool was wonderful. The neighborhood was so quiet and a very secure place to stay. The kids loved the water park. Javier was wonderful to work with. We couldn’t figure out the hot tub and he came over right away to show us what to do. He answered phone calls and texts with questions I had about parking and cars. We had a wonderful stay at this property and would rent again.

Showers, bedding, floors, kitchen clean. Furniture and carpet was probably beutiful, but needs cleaned, especially the stairs. Kitchen needs some bowls to use in microwave. All appliances seemed to work well.

We didn't pay for the pool heat ahead of time. When we decided that we wanted it, the property manager asked us to pay in cash. The back patio door wouldn't lock and we had to put something in the door jam to keep it from opening.
