I liked the location very much. You can catch public transport to any direction, especially when you need to go from or to Narita Airport. The room was good. I slept well, but this is also thanks to the other people who were really quiet. The internet works and I was able to work a bit in the kitchen/open area.

Comfortable beds, space for luggage in the bed space and extra space in the room.
The toilets were not cleaned daily. There were old bottles left on the sink for days. The cleaning standards should be more thorough.

The place as closed to nice district of Tokyo. The atmosphere of the district of houses around

The kitchen very old and not in a good state. The noise from the street in the kitchen.
