First of all, coming to this guest house was like being welcomed by a close friend or family. Giovanni showed up, checked me in and showed me all about the room and property. He helped me navigate the buses, recommended a lovely scooter rental down the street and some nice places to grab coffee, breakfast and all my other meals. The location itself was in wonderful condition, with functional AC, comfortable bed and extra blankets. He checked in with me during the stay to make sure everything was to my liking. When I left he went to the bus stop to see me off. Absolute gem of a host, and incredibly responsive via text messages.
There’s also a private paid parking in the back with camera surveillance that I found to be very reasonably priced.
Not a single complaint or thing to add.

Great location, super clean and super friendly. We made use of the terrace at the back and our bikes were safe in the locked parking area.
Maybe provide a couple of plates, forks and knives :)
