The view was very good.
The mattress in the bed was old and sunken.

Fantastic view of the town of Stepantsminda and the huge mountains around. Our room, which was on the second floor, had a terrace with a seating area facing east.
The room was spacious, clean and had beautiful wooden floor.
The owners were very nice and fulfilled all our requests (extra blanket, dishes).
There was a kettle, tea and mugs available.
The accommodation is situated away from the noise of the main road (which is full of trucks)
Little things:
The mattress had a dent from sitting on the edge of the bed (you could put clothes under it to even out the dent).
We would appreciate a place to hang clothes or hooks on the wall.
The room has central lighting. It would be great to be able to turn on just a small lamp.

The scenery and view were excellent, and it was close enough to the village. There were also a lot of cats which were very cute.
The toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom (including toilet seat) was completely wet when we arrived.
The room had a draft, since the door didnt close tight, so it was very cold since the central heating was turned off.
The host tried to accommodate us by bringing an electric heater, which was nice of him.
I was told at 6 am to move my car, even though i parked it where I was told to park.
Someone was talking late into the evening just outside our window (which had no blinds), and you could hear everything, which was annoying when we had an early morning.
