This is one of the best places I stayed at in Georgia. I had the top room, and the view of Mount Kazbegi has to be one of the best in the whole town! I loved the terrace as well, with a table where I could do some work now and then.
The bed is comfy, and I slept so well during my 5-night stay. It’s close to the center but also in a quiet area. You can really rest here. I read some reviews about water cuts, but I didn’t have any issues. I always had water, including hot water for showers. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly.
The owners are lovely and super kind. There is a kitchen with basic stuff, which I didn’t really use.

Fantastic views from the window on the top floor room. Very nice and accommodating family. The room is spacious and toilet too. Bed didn't seem comfortable at first sights but actually I had a great night sleep. There is a kitchen downstairs which I didn't use. Good WiFi. Nice 2 hour easy trek directly from the accomodation. While central the slope to get to the guest house from the main square with the luggage may be challenging for some.
Had to wait a bit for the hot water, not a big issue though.

The owner of the guest house was good and very polite. The view from the window was amazing.
The room was very small. Bathroom slippers were not provided and cleaning was an issue. The room heater had spider webs in it that suggested it hadn't been cleaned for a long long time. There was mould on thr walls hidden by wallpaper. Dangerous for health.
The pictures show the place where the owner stays not the one where the guest house is.
