It is a 10 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd attractions & nearby trails to Hollywood sign. 5 minute drive to Universal Studios & Griffith Park Observatory. 20 minutes to Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills, 30 minutes to beautiful beaches & 20 minutes to downtown Los Angeles. Get the full experience of all Hollywood has to offer in a vintage home amongst celebrity residences. Safe, clean, classic environment. Host was excellent and exceeded all expectations.. there wasn’t any ice facilities initially but host provided ice trays as soon as it was raised.. the instructions initially said to park in front of garage but when I arrived there wasn’t a free spot so host provided an immediate solution of parking on the drive to the side and there was plenty of parking space the rest of the stay. Location is great being a 5/10 min walk from the walk of fame and 10ish min drive from universal studios. Would 10/10 recommend and would be my first choice for accommodation when I return to LA!

My first trip to L.A. could not have been a better experience. This spot is in an ideal location to nearby sightseeing and Linda was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property for a single or couples stay. Would gladly stay again next time I’m in the area! Thanks for everything!

This quaint little cozy studio is nestled in the Hollywood hills and is a short drive to the Hollywood bowl. While we could have walked, I opted to drive as we hit up the town afterwards.

The location was great, the property was clean and just the right size for a brief stay. It’s very private and quiet. Felt like I wasn’t really able to get a response from property owner that often but luckily nothing was an emergency. Would stay again for sure.

Nice cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. Small but has everything you need. Host was helpful and communicative. I'd definitely stay here again! 10 min from dodger stadium as advertised but will take an hour or more to get there prior to a large event, plan accordingly!

This house is perfect for exploring LA . My boyfriend and I stayed here while vacationing to be closer to downtown . It is only about 5 min from the walk of fame and a perfect spot to travel anywhere. The house is perfect for two people . It is well supplied with towels and small toiletries if you forgot anything. Half carton of milk and half carton of orange juice in the refrigerator, which also looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was a keurig machine but it was filthy and the coffee cups didn’t fit under the machine. The silverware tray had standing dirt and the coffee cups had cracks in them, which can hide bacteria. There was about a tablespoon of dish soap and a smelly sponge. One kitchen towel, no paper towels. Half eaten bags of chips and breads. Overall, this rental was not properly cared for and not properly advertised, will not stay here again.

Cool location! Rental is in a lovely high rent neighborhood nestled in the foothills of Hollywood. Near Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Hills, freeways, etc. you can go so many places close by. When you come back it's quiet and relaxing and residential.
Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. This host knows what she's doing! Tea, coffee, nut bars, kitchen ware, condiments, etc. in the kitchen. Numerous high quality body wash, shampoo, lotions, etc. in bath.
This is a cute little guest house. Kitchen, bath, bedroom, and little lounge/den.
Host communicates well and parking is right in front.

We did not utilize the fabulous deck, but we were on the go mostly. It was an awesome private space for us.

charming location, place too. we go inside and, as you can see, the bathroom in the shower is dirty, mold and fungus, we go to the kitchen, the coffee machine is dirty, one small spoon, two forks, no cloth for dishes and hands, no kettle for boiling water, the refrigerator inside is dirty, remaining leftovers of food, after 12 hours of flight we go to bed and here a surprise, bedding unchanged inside, lots of hair. I took pictures and passed them on, asked the owner and showed her everything, asked for a change of linen. We wanted to turn on the TV did not work, after asking the owner if she could help us set up, she replied that she could not. It's good that our phones are still working and we could turn on the music. As we were only in LA for two nights, and it was already late, we decided not to look for another place, we decided to stay and asked the owner for a 50% refund, she agreed. We did not use the shower for two days, I boiled water in a pot, we did not use from the refrigerator. I asked the landlady about a bleach and on the day of departure I was cleaning up one line of tiles in the shower to show that you can. The owner is nice but the need for organization and cleanliness, cleanliness again necessary. Wieslawa & Henryk

Wonderful little guest house tucked up in the hills. Very helpful and responsive property manager. Finicky/slow internet, but sufficient for basic email etc. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
