Location, quiet but close ( walking distance) to many sites in Hollywood.
Staff were excellent- kind, professional and helpful at all times.
Some things a little dated and general wear & tear but clean and well appointed rooms.

Great location! Close to the stars on Hollywood Bvld and the metro.
The staff were amazing. So helpful and a delight to talk to. Great that they looked after our luggage after checkout until our late flight.

I know it is l.a. and everything is priced high. The ac didnt work great, we were not told parking was first come forst serve or that we wpuld have to pay which is no big deal but they made me park at a mall that was a good walk away from the hotel. The room was clean and all but for nearly 300, I thibk I expected a little more.
