no breakfast- and location is right in the middle of hollywood so depending on tourist and outside it can go either way
sometimes it had guest who were loud and slamming doors at different times of the night - but staff would be on it to handle it

I LOVED the location (close to hollywood blvd) , the price , the ROOM cleanliness.. and Albert, in front desk , he was great 👍 , loved that there was no hold of funds if paying with a credit/debit card
I didn't like that there was prostitutes working at this location .... the carpets smell of urine in the hallways ... no breakfast , no hot water in the afternoon... I was told to get sink water for my noodles .... I don't think we should pay for parking fee if we are staying guests amd even at that parkimg lot is super cramped... our fridge had ice built up on back of fridge , so it wasn't working, and I feel like microwaves should be provided in rooms, since there is alot of illegal activity in lobby... our electricity outlets by beds in room 117 were not working .... other staff , aside from Albert were not helpful....asked for towels, and was told by housekeeping to ask in front desk cause they were not clocked in yet 🙄 ... no pool ...

9 minute drive to universal studios. Private parking. The rooms are clean (on day 1.) They won't clean them after that unless you ask but they don't tell you that at check in.
Rooms don't have microwaves. Parking is an extra 30 bucks a night, you don't find out until you arrive and it's a hassle to figure it out. The area was extremely loud from people partying all night. They didn't clean our room while we were out all day because they said you have to request it, I've never heard of that..
