Pretty much everything was great. Very comfortable room & beds. Everything you need & a little more (such as a small fridge, a folding table in the triple room we had & a good range of coffee, hot chocolate & tea - including a little teapot!). Hong was lovely & explained everything & gave us a few local tips. Would stay there again without a doubt.
Just a couple things looked a little tired (such as rips in the net curtain & a slightly wrecked lampshade) but super minimal things.

Friendly host on arrival explained door codes. Room clean. Beds comfortable.
Road noise that persisted through the night- old sash windows didn’t block sound. A group of women returned at 1am drunk and shouted aggressively at each other for an hour - highly unpleasant
