The location. The staff super friendly. We had a problem and they proceeded to resolve it immediately. The breakfast very good. The pool area clean and beautiful
The entrance should be kept more clean. That gives you a bad impression when you arrive. But inside is very clean

A lovely boutique hotel with a great pool and a small but effective gym. The breakfast is very good and the staff very helpful.
The first room was a standard room but used to be a twin and the layout was not great. 2 beds pushed together with the room light and plug socket behind the pillow. However we were moved after night 1 and the staff were very understanding.

The service we received from Alex was outstanding he is a credit to this business. Well done Alex ! Keep doing what you’re doing !! We stayed one night in a family room which was comfortable and clean. It was a short cab ride to the shopping area and restaurants.
It was a bit of a shame that the pool closed at 6 pm

The beds and the cleanliness of the room
Being charged €90 for three double GreyGoose and sodas. Absolutely ridiculous and really disappointing the way they answered me about it too.
