A big thank you to the reception staff for giving me a different room without any complaints, even though the room I was originally supposed to stay in with my child was smoky.
What's changed over the past year:
- Breakfasts, a second dining room has opened, and now there's no longer a quest to find a place at breakfast.
- Although the pool is accessible to people from the street for an additional fee, there are significantly fewer of them, so the pool is now normally accessible to hotel guests on weekends.
- The pool towel system has become more convenient, but it would be nice if they changed them at least every other day; as it is, we have to dry them ourselves on the balcony.
For those planning to relax on Glyfada Beach, yes, it's close, but it's public and not exactly clean. It's better to use beach clubs (which are accessible by tram) or drive to other beaches.
Things I'd like to improve:
- The pool underwater light shades are falling off and haven't been fixed in a year.
- The lobby bar is also still closed. They could make it open until at least midnight.
