I liked the location, the hotel itself is designed very nicely and the pool was great
The placement of the AC does not allow for the rooms to get cool at all. It was too hot to sleep in and management could not help with this

Beautiful location and amazing view from our balcony over the bay.

The staff all seemed rather disinterested and the service in general was somewhat lacklustre.
It’s not what you expect at a place charging over £200 a night!

the location and the view
the breakfast was also nice
the lack of personal touch (no welcome treat on Xmas day!, very poor room service, uncomfortable furniture, also an outdoor blanket to watch the balcony view warmly could be very nice)
hotel expansion construction works (noisy and vibration) we’re taking place since 8:00 in the morning!! that is unacceptable
