Absolutely fantastic staff

When we first arrived the staff/ower sat us down and offered us refreshments, had us sit down and relax while our bags were looked after. The property is ideal and backing out on to a beach with crystal clear water. Each room is assigned sun beds so there is no issue in the morning of finding where to relax. The service including breakfast, lunch and dinners we had were amazing and I would strongly recommend to other visiting to enjoy the onsite restaurant - simply excellent. My wife and I would definately return again!

Breakfast was very good and I loved that it was included, the view was amazing and the breakfast was better than dinner.
Consistent AC (we're from the United States so admittedly we're spoiled) and dinner was expensive and mediocre.

- Architecture and building – at first glance a beautiful and traditional building
- Prime location and photo opportunities – Instagram/ recognisable position on the main beach with impossibly stunning blue water
- Breakfast – good selection and tastefully prepared – BUT – wait 20 minutes for a coffee and immediately told if you place your order after 10.30 you wil be charged 30 Euro. Very unwelcoming and inhospitable attitude.
- Complimentary use of snorkeling gear, SUP and other water toys
- Check In –you arrive in a very busy narrow street with no parking at a building with locked doors, no visible entrance or instructions what to do
- Sunloungers – we got allocated a terrible sunlounger in squeezed inbetween two other sunlounger sets, absolutely no shade and no privacy.
- Unattractive interior – reminding of a youth hostel. Mismatched floorboards, no styling or decoration, unattractive bathroom reminding of a hospital bathroom.
- Entry level amenities and service– basics absent, i.e. no safe in room Very basic.
- No attention to detail – mismatched swimming towels
- Wear and tear in rooms – stained bathroom towels, loose electric cables,
- Overpriced – Euro 8 for an orange juice,
- No privacy – the advertised “private beach” is nothing but private
- Poor Wifi – more than often no WIFI. Dared to ask staff if they can reset it and was again met with hostility,
- Customer Service – Unfriendly and dismissive owner
- Touristy and overcrowded town – yes it is beautiful but only worth for a day stop.
- Biting turtles in swimming area– humans fed turtles and now they associated us with food… escaped a near nasty encounter.
