Very friendly staff and good price. Breakfast is FANTASTIC, staff also. Room with the sea view. It is true that the facility is old, room is old, but is very clean. We were there for 4 nights, each day changing of the sheets and towels and cleaning of the room. :) Free bikes, extra stay for exploring Venice lagoon and enjoying the beach.

Room and bathroom size, as well as the staff. One positive aspect was the option to have breakfast by the pool, which was a nice touch—especially since the weather was good that morning.
We chose this hotel so we could be close to the beach in the morning, but unfortunately, it was inaccessible due to construction work.
Since we arrived late, we couldn’t use the pool (it’s open only until 7:00 PM), and in the morning we had to check out by 10:00 AM. They told us we could stay by the pool after checking out, but we had to move the car from the parking lot, so unfortunately, that plan also fell through.
The room and bathroom are of adequate size, however, the shower cabin is very small—you can barely turn around in it—and it’s very slippery (be careful!). Both the room and bathroom were clean, but the cleaning product they use is very strong and the smell lingers in the room, so a tip—make sure to air out the room well.
Breakfast was decent, but there wasn’t much variety. We came down for breakfast at 9:00 AM, and for example none of the three offered juices were available. On the bright side, it was a nice day, so at least we could have breakfast by the pool.
