Disappointed

The location was excellent in a great centralized area for Bossier City. Thats all I liked about the booking.

The room was dirty. The sheets had burn holes and hair that was not mine on the pillow. The room was musty. The tub was messed up,could not even take a shower. The sink was leaking. The door to room was messed up. We had to put table against door to push the wide crack at bottom of door in. I did not feel comfortable or secure. I did not rest well. The furniture needed cleaning and painting. It was a hot mess. They need better cleaners.

It was very quite and relaxing.

We found dirty towels, sheets had dirty stains on them and there was a big wolf spider in the room. The TV didn't want to come on but once it did we didn't have alot of the channels that was on the program menu sheet.

Very good

The location was in a central part of town, but I still felt safe. There was a Denny's within walking distance of the motel.

The lady that checked me in was rude and not friendly at all. She was very unwelcoming. I attempted to make conversation but she did not acknowledge and only talked about how my reservation wasn't popping up. Before I could even get out of the lobby's door, she began talking on the phone like I interrupted her or something. The room furniture needs updating. The outside of the motel is nicer than inside of the rooms.

it was good value for the purpose of our trip

Breakfast was ok - room was clean - the bed and sheets were nice comfortable and clean - staff was friendly - we weren't in the room very much due to our schedule but it met our needs

The front desk worker was nice and pleasant she went over and beyond her job to accommodate me

The front desk worker had to clean up the room because it was a mess the bed hadn't been made nor was it clean

loved it overall got to work on time , got my peace I couldn’t have had it any other way:).

the view . how peaceful it was & how everything was a walk away honestly saved a lot of gas:).

with multiple run backs to the office for maintenance but everything turned out just fine:).

Greedy owners

The nice young lady on night shift. Big bed, hot water, tv selection sucks.

I called no answer and emailed them about my flight delays. I get there at 4:30 am or so, they say since I was late my entire 3 day reservation was cancelled and I get no money back. Then they told her to tell me that someone would be there at 7. I finally got my reservation fulfilled at least 30-45 minutes later. They never checked their call list or emails. They tried to not give me a room and keep my money. Only the proof of call and email and me consistently yapping got the room.

I really liked the staff they were very helpful and didn't mind going the extra.mile to make me feel comfortable.

They didn't have any ice machines.

needs to be updated outside and inside

not clean at all. Bathroom tub nasty, pee on floor and all around toilet.

Price, location

The floor carpet was dirty, Stinky. The room had no air circulation. I was able to sleep just a little by leaving the door ajar just to get some air circulation. I recommend checking the room by before you buy it. Wipe carpet with a clean white towel, if you get a smirk coat of stinky guch which smell like dirty shoes or vomit, don't buy it. For me unfortunately I was tired and just paid for the room. Went to sleep, just to wake up asphyxiated from the poor quality of the air inside the room.

The walls in the room were filthy, the room had a funny smell, dark, it had very bad lighting.
