A Nile cruise is an unforgettable way to experience Egypt, and Steigenberger made it truly special. The restaurant was one of the highlights, with excellent food and exceptionally attentive staff who seemed to anticipate every wish. We would only have loved to see even more Egyptian dishes alongside the international selection. Our suite with its private balcony was another highlight – watching the Nile by day and under the moonlight at night was simply magical, almost like experiencing a glimpse of Egypt from thousands of years ago.
The beautiful open-air upper deck felt underused. Dinners, cocktails or evening entertainment such as the belly dancing and dervish performances would have been wonderful under the stars, especially with the pleasant evening temperatures and Nile breeze.
Unfortunately, our final impression was affected by an unexpectedly unfriendly front office manager on our last day. It felt completely out of character with the otherwise exceptional hospitality we experienced throughout the cruise and left an unfortunate final impression.

Der Service im Restaurant war herausragend! Die Qualität des Essens war top (außer der O-Saft beim Frühstück, der mit Wasser verdünnt war).
Das Housekeeping Team war sehr bemüht und gründlich.
Der Themen Abend mit der Galabeya Party ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, beim Cocktail Empfang, hat niemand uns empfangen, die Cocktails standen alleine mitten im Raum ohne Beschreibung, welcher Cocktail welcher ist. Leider haben sich auch kaum Gäste an das Motto gehalten.
