Das Personal war immer und überall sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und gut.
Das Schiff ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen ( Renovierung von Grund auf nötig). Die Luft auf dem Nil ist fast immer vom Dieselgeruch der Schiffe überlagert. Der Rasen aus Plastik auf den Sonnendecks geht gar nicht.

Hatten bei der Fahrt von Luxor nach Assuan eine Kabine rechts außen, was von der Aussicht her besser ist. Kabinen sind ausreichend groß und die Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Das Personal im Restaurant und Zimmerservice ist sehr zuvorkommend.
Von 4 Tagen wird nur 2 Tage gefahren. In Luxor hatten wir ein Schiff mit lautem und stinkendem Dieselmotor die ganze Nacht neben uns.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war mäßig freundlich.
Am 1. Tag wurde angefragt, wer Nahrungsmittelallergien hat oder Vegetarier ist. Es gab dann aber während der vier Tage keine Information zu den Gerichten am Bufet, z.B. was vegetarisch ist.

Great team, really they care about everything, great accommodation.
There is some intransparency on the sightseeings-tours, especially on times and pricing. The cruise team is very helpful, but the tours itself are organized by partner organization.
The schedule is more oriented on the traffic on Nil then on the sightseeing.

Boat location was not as mentioned on Booking.com . Nobody pick up the phone at the number on Booking.
