I loooooooooooooved staying here. You are right in the city center, so you can get started with exploring as soon as you check in. It was convenient to everywhere, and there was a tram station right in front of the hotel as well. Quick and convenient to travel to, and the staff there were very kind. They gave me several suggestions, and multiple pamphlets, so I knew what was in the area and what would be fun for me! Cute little cafes, restaurants, ice cream. Everything was convenient to this location, and a 5 minute walk to the red light district.
This is not a big deal, but the elevator was slow. I really don't have anything to complain about this location. Very solid stay. Perhaps a bit pricey though.

Good hotel at centrally located . But really overrated.
Lift service is horrible. Only one lift so you have to wait long every time .

Breakfast very good - enjoyed the berry fruits, though these were not available every morning, Coffee machine unreliable and coffee ok but could be better
Room was reasonable size for a city centre hotel, but could have done with more storage and flat areas to put things on. Bathroom small but again not atypical of a city centre location hotel

I I liked the location of this hotel, it’s perfect for exploring Amsterdam. I also liked the luggage facilities for storing, probably the best I’ve ever seen.
I didn’t like the fact it’s the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t give you bottles of water in your room at arrival, also didn’t like the pillows how there was only one each bed and only a square pillow. The breakfast was a disgrace our first morning with no hot food left at 10.30 even though breakfast is suppose to be on till 11am.
