Solo pasable con muchas carencias.

Buena ubicación

La tele en la pared al lado d la cama. Faltaba otra almohada o almohadón,un sofá,el gel muy malo en sobres,las ventanas muy sucias y un día no hicieron las camas.

Apartamento en el barrio de Triana.

Esta en el barrio de Triana, la ubicación es excelente, a 5 minutos del centro andando. Tiene un Mercadona debajo por si necesitas comprar algo antes de subir. En los alrededores tienes un monton de sitios donde comer y tapear.

Las habitaciones son bastantes corrientes pero por ese precio no se puede pedir más, lo único que faltó una cafetera

Tienen que renovar las instalaciones

La ubicación, el Mercadona que hay debajo, la cocina en la habitación

Es muy viejo, se escuchan todos los ruidos y conversaciones de la habitación de al lado. La limpieza podría ser un poco mejor, en las sábanas había pelos que no eran míos

Excelente! De volver a Sevilla llegaría a Resitur

La ubicación es excelente, maravilloso para el turismo.

Haré una sugerencia, a mi todo me gustó, veo incómoda la entrada a la bañera ya que es muy alta..

Superb

The location it's perfect, just 10 minutes to the city centre. The room had all the facilities you could need and was simple but nice and cleaned! The staff is friendly and nice with the guest, it's the second time here and it's always the best choice!

Good for a short stop over

Having a kitchenette

Tiny lift we had to tip our bikes on end in to take up to our 9th floor room (multiple repeated trips with bags + 2 bikes) where the air conditioning was rudimentary

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

The location is fairly good.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! The hotel shuts down the air conditioner at 10 at night. We stayed during the hottest days of the year so far and were unable to sleep due to the heat. Also, the facilities are very old and not well kept. The wifi is very slow and we had to approach the door of the room to get signal. No signal while we were in bed. This was our only sour experience while in Seville.

very comfortable and clean. The apartment has a kitchen which was a great bonus. Close to all the landmarks.

Location : it's about 10 minutes walk from la Giralda with a lot of bars around to eat Staff is friendly

The building is getting a bit tired Can get quite noisy at night Makes the deal quite expensive with regards to the period of the year and the standards

Disappointing

the pilows are very small and 2/3 days the heat didnt work and the windows on the halls were open all the time so it was even more cold.

My ‘22/23 Triana Stay

It is located in one of the most interesting neighborhoods (Triana) of Seville, close to many nice bars and restaurants. Having your own kitchen and fridge has its advantages. Especially when there is a supermarket located within the building, to by a few essentials.

Internet, through the available WiFi connection, was virtually non existing. I spent 8 nights and it never worked properly. In most cases, I had to switch over to my own 4/5G, to have ANY connection.

Pleasant stay at Resitur, which is close to main attractions. Highly recommended for families.

Good location, close to city centre and main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

Internet connection was very slow in rooms.

Very good

price was decent for the area and the time frame we went there. Everything we did was at walking distance. on average all the places we visit were about 1km (18 minutes walk)

wifi barely worked.

Superb

Excellent location, very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Rooms were cleaned daily. Late check-out (until 12:00) and luggage room available. Big and well equipped supermarket next to the hotel. Really great value for the money and I would definitely stay here again.

The wifi could’ve been better (it was barely working in our room) and sponge and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen would’ve been nice to have. But both did not matter much.

Exceptional

Location Mercadona, city centre, Airport Busstop Torre D'orro. Well working Air-conditioning. Friendly staff, quick check inn, check out. Super cleaning, new towels every day (if necessary).

Wifi was non-exisistent, no pan for frying. For the rest everything was great

Basic, but a good value for a short stay.

Convenient location for our purposes.

Two of the 3 nights we stayed, it was noisy. The "kitchenware" did not include a coffee pot or teapot and was quite minimal. There is NO parking anywhere nearby - only 2 spaces for dropping off or picking up. Heating and air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and only functions during certain hours.
