Muy buena ubicacion y dispone de recepcion 24 horas, ademas de parking en caso de necesitarlo. es un apartamento pequnito pero esta bien para pasar un par dias. Limpio y silencioso.

The apartment is exactly as described. It had everything we needed. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours at reception after checking out. The host was very responsive (there was an issue that needed attention and they solved it very quickly). The location is in the historical neighborhood of Triana, a short walk to the main tourist attractions of Sevilla. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Not a huge inconvenience, but the opaque glass between the bathroom and the room makes it possible for light to pass through, which can be disturbing during the night (if one guest is sleeping and the other is using the bathroom).

The apartment is cosy and is closed to the metro station.

The apartment is OK if only it was well maintained. The shower door does not close, allowing water to leak. The shower tubing is obviously blocked, and the shower gets full with water while showering. The washing machine is broken, and no one told us about this, so we washed the clothes one day before our check-in, but they came out not clean too wet and mixed with washing powder. I do not recommend this place.

We stayed just one night so we had all we needed - good location close to the bus stop, city center, good restaurants.

The apartment was well located in a realtively quiet area. It was a good size for two with comfortable bed, all the necessary facilities (full kitchen, washing machine, iron etc) and modern decor. Marta and Carlos provided very clear check in instructions beforehand.

Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom during our stay. Owners were advised so hopefully they will rectify the issue.

wifi only worked half of the time

Place wasn't clean which was really disappointing. The owner said she called the cleaners again but they still didn't do a good job. It was also suffocating in the room. AC was not working.
