Poor communication on check in/ arrival about the facilities. No explanation on multiple thincs which made the stay confusing and took half the time to work out what was happening.

There is a lot to do at Mondorf Parc Hotel & Spa, the rooms are clean and spacious, the shower modern and comfortable.
The facility really isn't a spa/hotel as you would expect, it is a thermal bath resort with a very interesting history that grew into this giant construction with spa, hotel, thermal bath, gym, etc. It has various health clinics built into the same property and a large garden with a museum of flight.
This all makes it super interesting, but if you're going for the classic spa/hotel experience, it isn't it. The hallways feel more like a hospital than a spa. In the same pool that's surrounded by sauna's you'll have aquafitness classes with upbeat music and an instructor, a mix of medical and leisure guests. For the sauna's you do have to be naked (no swimwear), but you have to wear a towel, and not show your private parts. But outside, you *have* to wear swimwear. So you'll be changing in and out of swimwear in front of sauna's. It's all just a bit odd. It's not a bad place, the staff is friendly, but it does not 'do' the typical spa wellness feeling very well. I could not recommend going there.

I did not appreciate their discriminatory attitude toward swimwear worn by Muslim women, which complies with international swimming pool standards. There was a clear bias and strong disapproval toward modest Islamic attire, and this policy was not clearly stated in the hotel’s rules or guidelines.

Je n’ai pas apprécié leur attitude discriminatoire envers les tenues de bain portées par les femmes musulmanes, alors que celles-ci sont conformes aux normes internationales des piscines. Il y avait un parti pris évident et une forte hostilité à l’égard de la tenue islamique pudique, et cette exigence n’était pas clairement indiquée dans les politiques ou le règlement de l’hôtel.
