The bed was big and comfortable. The location is good since near the tram stop Theater.
The bathroom fan didn’t work for all our stay in the hotel. During our permanence, they didn’t make the cleaning, change bed sheet, and neither towel.
Probably because we were in the annex of the hotel, where no personal is present, we were abandoned by our selves.
We are very disappointed since it is a 4 stars Grand Hotel and no one of the minimum requirement of a 4 stars Grand Hotel was respected.

Location was super, very near to the busses and tram, The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fresh with a wide selection of sweet and savory,
They gave us a room that was not yet ready but they were quick to replace it.

Hotel location was great as not too far from City centre (10min walk) and located in a quite neighbourhood, which also had good restaurants.
We didn't opt for breakfast as we considered it too expensive. A local boulangerie was close-by and had everything we needed.
