The location was perfect, few minutes walk from the center. It was not noisy as it was not at the center , but it was close enough so that you dont worry about the attractions. It was clean and definitely well kept. My biggest reason to love them is that they saved my life two times today, i left my phone and they agreed to help me despite i have checked out. Then they together with me find a solution on luggage; best service
There is only one minor thing, the bathroom. I trust there can be improvement. But overall perfect stay

Friendly receptionist. Mr. Ehsan explained us in detail about everything at hotel and city attractions.
He treated us like family member.. we feel at home . Room decent size. Bed comfortable.

Located very close to the tram for airport connections and just a fews minutes walk to the historical sites and restuarants of the old town.

Good location.
We were unable to check in and access our room. Their reception closes in the evening. No one answered their 'emergency' phone number. They left a key for us in the key-safe, but gave us the wrong code. We could not acccess our room.
