Surroundings: nice place to start hiking in the very beautiful forests of Müllerthal.
Breakfast: very good, a lot of choice.
Pool, one in and one outside: and sauna: very good. Not crowded.
Room: spacious, with a big bed en lovely view at the lake.
Staff: very kind en helpful.
We stayed two days and found out a longer stay would also be great. (on the wish-list for next time)
The look and feel of the hotel is the nineties, but that didn't bother us.

Wellness facilities are nice, many options, indoor and outdoor pool.
We made reservations for diner, arrived 19:30, drinks ok but got gin tonic in plastic glasses. Food options where limited but said to be fresh… salad was ok, beef tataki also ok but very small portion. We had to ask multiple times for another drink. Main course didn’t show up, again asked multiple times. Main course arrived at 22:30! The canneloni was overkooked. I have never had such a bad experience.
