Very poor value for money

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are the only good thing at this hotel.

It was very poor value for money. Room, bathroom, linen, and towels were not clean. The same goes for plates in the restaurant. There is no mini bar in the room. Food quality in the restaurant was extremely bad, especially meat. Having these kind of hotels in their portfolio is definitely destroying Valamar as a brand.

Adequate service for the price.

Beautiful environment, very close to the sea (but has no beach access), beautiful view from the hotel. Parking is free for guests. We booked half board, but it's actually all inclusive, because of the late brunch. Room was perfectly clean and they came everyday to change towels and clean up. Children and pet friendly. Most of the guests are families with children, keep in mind that the whole place is in a bustle during the season. Lots of activities available for children though.

Parking is free at the entire resort but it's almost impossible to find a free spot, very crowded. Food was good but not varied, 3-4 menus vary, simple dishes, but for that price it's okay. The worst thing was the coffee, they have machine coffee at breakfast but (like the most of the hotels') it's very low quality, but the bar is open only from 1 pm so you can't even buy a normal coffee... We walked to their beach bar which opened at 10 am to finally have one. Rooms in the "annex" are a bit retro style, but clean, they should be renovated soon. No minibar. All in all, we had a pleasant stay for the price.

Hotel could be better for the price

Breakfast was exceptional. Lunch was good. The pool was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Couple of beaches are close, but they are very small.

We got the "upgrade" to comfort room which is supposed to be bigger and it was one of the smallest double rooms I have seen. Photos of rooms on the booking.com are heavily edited. Room could be cleaner. No need to book more expensive sea side room because you might get a room that had a view like ours (photos).

nice hotel for its rate but too loud for me (thick walls)

Nice place but careful paying extra for a sea side room

Great location, although much more touristic as expected but very nice place

The pictures of the sea side room were completely different the room was showing the park and the generator room although was sea side no sea view and that was for a 70€

Too expensive for what it offers

Very polite and helpful staff everywhere; pool area is quite nice- seawater and heated- location is great- directly above beaches

The pictures online are deceitful- hotel is very old and badly in need of renovation- they are saving on every corner: food is substandard- just one drinks fontain- parking is a pure horror- if you manage to find a parking spot- hanging off a cliff, just keep it until you leave- you have to bring your own towels to the pool

Great stay for our family, away from crowded beach and the city

The room was great, with an outlook on the pool and sea. It was spacious, with a nice balcony, big TV and a small refrigerator. The location of the room was great, it was very close to the beach, the bar, the restaurant, and the pool. The selection of food was fantastic, I ate different fish every day! The hotel itself was located 20min walk from the city, so it was nice that the beach and the promenade were not crowded, but because of that, it is almost necessary to take an all-inclusive option because there is no grocery store and only one restaurant in the neighborhood. Our kid loved water slides and the pool!

During showering water often flooded part of the bathroom a bit, because of the gap between the shower door and walls, so we had to use a towel to dry it and then dry the towel on the balcony. The cleaning lady entered our room twice during the stay even though there is a sticker saying that the service will only enter when it's called by the guest. But doth those issues were really minor compared to the rest of the pluses.
