The room is great, and the bed is very comfortable. Access to the heaters is a bit unusual, but you get used to it pretty quickly. Both breakfast and dinner are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special praise goes to the Kids’ Club team - they are absolutely amazing! I always felt completely comfortable leaving my children in their care, knowing they were not only safe and well looked after, but also having a wonderful time filled with fun, creativity, and engaging activities.
My only complaint is about the swimming pool. I had read that the water would be heated and warm enough for children, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The water was simply too cold to enjoy, especially for the little ones. So, if you're planning a visit in October, I wouldn't count on the pool as a family activity.

Everything was clean, good location, good food.
