This hotel is in a walking distance from the historic center. The online check-in (and the shor check-in in person) were simple with clear instructions. Our room was clean, spacious and it had all the esentials.
The pillows are too soft. But this is only my preference.

Easy location to get around the city using public transport. Rooms were fun with different themes.
Never saw a staff member until checking out. But she was friendly and nice, and we never had any issues, just was odd to never see anyone at the desk.

I like the design and the fact that the room was huge. It was enough quiet and the breakfast nice. It was in a good quarter of the city and quite close to everything by foot but not in a really central position considering the fact that Dresden is pretty small.
I think the cleaning could be better. She drawer were dusty. The presence of staff was quite negligible. For the price paid I would expect better condition or at least some better services in the room. For example they never replace the coffee supply during the three nights I was there
