Everything was perfect.
Tiny fridge, shower (no bath) l. But this is luxury problems. Hotel is perfect.

Location was convenient. Room was comfortable, although we were on top floor and no lift. On our first day, the gentleman who welcomed us was extremely nice and welcoming, spoke excellent english, and even helped carry our heavy luggage up to the top floor.
1. There was never anyone around in the hotel reception to ask for assistance. One or two members who did appear now and then, did not speak English, Russian only.
2. Our worst experience was at the time of checkout when we encountered a man called Yuri. He was rude to the highest extreme because we requested if he could help bring down our luggage in my limited Russian. A simple and polite no would have sufficed that he is too busy. But the man went on ranting in Russian for ten minutes telling me off for having a cheap roomrate and should do these things myself, etc. If they are no longer living in their native country, they should leave those inherent mannerism behind and learn the courtesies of the service industry in the “civilized world”. I would never recommend this hotel for any non russian speaking tourist and it should be thrown off booking.com.
