We were allowed to arrive earlier after discussion with manager :-) this was nice. It was very hot in Bergamo that time, so it was quite surprising that the room does not have AC. The space there was very big, including big room, bit bathroom and also big kitchen. We stay there only one night, the neighbors were quiet so it was okay.

The rooms are lovely decorated, have everything you'd need. Nice fresh linen and clean towels. There are shampoos and shower gel as well to use. The location is very practical, just a little walk from the train station, and just one block away from the main street with plenty of restaurants
The hostess, Marta, was extremely helpful and organised a taxi for us, for early the following morning, and also helpful in giving us advise where to go for our short stay in Bergamo. Price was very decent
Unfortunately it was very hot (35 degrees) and there was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. I don't know if breakfast would have been provided, but we did not need one, as we were leaving extremely early. The mattress on my bed was comfortable, but to small for the bed and that left a gap. This made it harder to get out of the bed. Bathrooms were clean but shared between 2 rooms. It did not bother me, but other people might find this a downside

Well located just along from the train station - which also means that it's close to a few areas where people hang out, but nothing threatening! Good for visiting the lower town area or catching a (or arriving by) train. In terms of personnel, great reception from the ragazza who met us on arrival and showed us various places on the map to visit - thanks! Also very accommodating for letting us leave our bags a bit longer than checkout so that we didn't have to lug them about all day - grazie mille!
The place is a little gloomy and in an old building (light switches in our room were a bit broken in their holder), but it suited us for the night we spent there.

Amazing hostess. Absolutely lovely and full of great tips. Room was very big.
Bathroom was needing a bit TLC and the fan in the room was not fully functional... 28 degrees inside ment a sleepless night
