We have been coming to Lighthouse for 7 years and we always feel wonderful here. We love the location, the atmosphere, the big rooms, big beds..the pool and the overall concept of the hotel. It is a beautiful place with huge potential.
Unfortunately, the hotel has started to deteriorate. Cleanliness around the pool, gym and rooms needs improvement, and the building and facilities need better maintenance. Breakfast is also much less varied than it used to be and feels quite limited for a 5-star hotel. The beach area has changed dramatically — from a beautiful, well-kept place into an area that now feels neglected and almost like a dumping ground.

The location was excellent, definitely the highlight of the hotel.
The staff seemed poorly trained and not quite up to the standard expected from a hotel like this. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, and the towels were particularly disappointing-worn and unpleasant to use.
