Sea and beach are great. Rooms are big and accommodate well a family of 3 or 4, bedding is good.
It was our third time in the hotel, prices have gone up considerably but the services are falling behind. Food quality and diversity are not at their best, shortage of staff is obvious. Cleanliness in the pool area lags behind. It was sad to see.

We really love the location. The beach is wide and beautiful, the sea is clear, and there are always plenty of free sunbeds, so it never feels crowded. The swimming pool is also very nice. Another thing we really appreciate is that there are no loud entertainment programs or noisy animation activities. We prefer a peaceful and relaxing holiday, and this hotel offers exactly that.
We have been coming to this hotel for three years in a row. We used to love it, but this year we really noticed a significant decline.
Back in 2023, we were welcomed with champagne. The restaurant offered red caviar, a huge wheel of cheese where pasta was served and mixed inside, a wide variety of fish, and many other delicious dishes. This year, however, the restaurant was a big disappointment. There was practically no fish (I don't count a few pieces of cheap fish), the menu was mostly pork, there was very little chicken, the watermelon was tasteless and overripe, the grapes were unripe and green, and even the cherries were sour—in July, when they should already be perfectly ripe. Overall, there was very little worth eating.
During our four-day stay, our room wasn't cleaned on two days, and the coffee capsules for the coffee machine were not replenished. When I asked at reception, I was simply told, "Sorry, I don't have any capsules." The room also had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door was very difficult to open.
Overall, the hotel is still livable, but it is no longer the standard it used to be. At the moment, one night booked through Booking.com costs around €550, and it is definitely not worth that price.

Camere curate, pat confortabil, personal amabil, locație renovată, fier de călcat și masă de calcat în cameră.
Deși este ultra all inclusive, ne am simțit mai mult ca la un all inclusive. Nu există bar pe plajă, iar la piscină sunt două baruri, unul cu plată și unul foarte micuț cu băuturi nu prea grozave pentru regimul ultra all. Piscina de pe rooftop nu este accesibilă tuturor, doar celor cazați la etajele 7&8, informație pe care am aflat o după ce am rezervat sejurul. Micul dejun este la fel in fiecare zi. Mâncarea a fost bună, dar pentru ultra all nu a fost foarte diversificată. Meniul de băuturi la fel, nu foarte diversificat. Mini barul din cameră avea 3 produse( o bere, o cola și un suc de copii. Sucurile naturale oferite la masă și la baruri erau de proasta calitate. Vinul era din sticle de plastic. Sunt multe cocktailuri populare neincluse in pachet. La baie erau doar lucruri foarte comune de genul șampon și săpun, plus un afiș pe care scria ca daca vrei periuțe de dinți, sau alte tipuri de lucruri care se gândesc de obicei la baie trebuie cerute la recepție. Comparativ cu alte hoteluri ultra all inclusive din Bulgaria, acesta a fost cel mai slăbuț din punct de vedere servicii oferite pentru prețul plătit.
