The room was lovely and the the ground is stunning very close to town š
The road going to the property part is unmade and very bumpy

Stay was comfortable with quiet peaceful location and close to the broads
The property could have one more bath facility especially when you have friends and family of more than 8people stay together
If the travel plan delays for an hour check out time could have been allowed free of cost as we took just 50mts extra

The location is very nice and the room was large, clean and spacious. The grounds in which the hotel is set are very picturesque so very relaxing when walking around the grounds. The car park is very close to reception so check in was easy and straight forward.
Our room was very welcoming and had tea/coffee making facilities, which is always a plus.
There were no plug sockets available near the bed, only ones behind the bed which the lamps were plugged into. If you wanted to charge your phone you had to use the socket where the kettle was or behind the TV.
Breakfast was included but is only a continental option. Not a big issue just worth knowing when booking so you know what you are getting for your money.

Rooms were dated and one had musty damp smell.
