There was no breakfast as self contained room but everything in the “kitchen area” that was needed. Suggest bring own milk, coffee etc as room not serviced
Only drawback, no mirror over dressing table. Makes it difficult for ladies to do their hair etc. Having to clear bins yourself and take down to bin area which was already full!

Despite some ultimately trivial grumbles, for the money paid this was a superb exceptionally clean and well appointed room, well decorated, modern, spacious, with a very comfortable bed. All appliances were in full working order and fit for purpose, the hotel is in a superb location, easy to find, and with ample free roadside parking or a pay & display local authority car park. A two minute walk from local shops, co-op etc for groceries, and the Thatch Cafe the best part of a minutes walk, if that, served excellent food, especially their breakfasts. The chippy on the pier opposite the hotel was also pretty good. The hotel far outshined all expectations.
No mirror in the bedroom / living area which given the understandable lack of any power outlet including shaver socket in the bathroom made hair drying a chore for my wife. Huge cupboard for suitcases & shoes etc but barely any coat hangers to hang clothes on. No coat hooks for wet coats or hangers so back of the chairs it was. The entrance door closes to engage the lock, understandably for security, very enthusiastically, meaning if guests didn't bother to close it themselves and allowed it to slam itself closed behind them instead, which they do 9 out of 10, everybody in a 5 mile radius knows all about it.

Nice property and easy to enter with the code
The sea gulls sleep on the side of the building which was the room we had and they kept us awake all night squawking! Room was also dusty in places so not completely clean
