It's a simple hotel, but the rooms are nice, I appreciated the balcony, the parking space, the shady garden, and a simple but really tasty breakfast. I used to stay at this place a long time ago, when working in the area, and it was great to see how it was renovated and upgraded, adding a human touch to it. So perfect to stay for a few nights.

Dobra lokacija, parking ispred objekta. U blizini su plaža, prodavnice, restorani. Kratka šetnja do centra Izole. Izuzetno ljubazno i vredno osoblje, koje će vas uputiti u sve moguće izlete i zanimljivosti koje Izola pruža. Odličan doručak u domaćoj atmosferi. Sobe dovoljno prostrane sa ogromnom terasom.
Sve je kako treba.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was simple but adequate.
There is air-conditioning in the roof rooms, which otherwise would be quite hot in summer.
I do not fully understand or agree with the high rating.
While there is nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, the beds are just not comfortable; the double bed was essentially two old single beds attached to each other with two mattresses that felt like one would roll off to one side. How much would it costs to renew beds and mattresses? But ok, I appreciate the sustainability thinking here.
The rooms are in general dated and would benefit from renovation, also the bathroom.
The value for money is definitely off. After two nights in Keltika we moved to the resort next door for the weekend. For additional 20€/night we had a spacious comfy room with a big balcony, beach access and an indoor pool + wellness center on site. In comparison, Keltika definitely was overpriced.
