Great location, wonderful terrace with lake view, very nice and friendly stuff, good cappuccino for breakfast

It's not new, but the room and bedsheets were very clean. Good value for money. Just a notice for demanding guests. I'm fully satisfied with my stay!

Great location, really friendly staff, would stay again!!

All staff were excellent, the location was right on Lake Garda and provided a fabulous view from our room and the dining area. Rooms were comfortable, breakfasts were fine, cappuccino was particularly tasty!!

We were at the attic room which was small, and we couldn't stand straight in most of it. A part from that, evering was great.

Amazing

First of all, thank you for the friendly staff and everyone that works there. We booked for 1 week. The rooms are a little small, but clean and everything you need is there. The breakfast is good, and you have a romantic fenomenal view while having breakfast or a drink at the bar. You can park your car at the accomodation, and just leave the key and they will take care for it when you need it if you come by car. The location is perfect and there are many restaurants and bars. Also so much to do on the lake. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit lake garda/sirmione. Our terrace was also amazing. Thank you so much!

A little less space if you come with a lot of bags.

Amazing view and location, bad isolation.

Amazing location (bus station 30m away, historic city nearby, Jamaica beach nearby (both 3min bus ride away) beach right in front of the hotel, Gardaland 18min drive with car, Verona 35min drive away, lots of nice restaurants and bars) nice staff, nice room, amazing view from the restaurant. The location really is too good to be true. The room is comfortable and it has great air-conditioning which you can moderate as you please.

Even though there are a few things we didn’t love about the hotel, the pros, such as location outweigh the cons. The cons: - the room wasn’t isolated, you could hear everything from outside - at breakfast there wasn’t much variety (a bit worse than an average 3* hotel) - there was a lack of closet space.

beautifully located hotel with our room with balcony on the second floor overlooking the lake. Only 30 min walk to the old town or take the shuttle bus (stop nearby)

i missed a variety of fruit at the breakfast buffet

Location is great. Easy check in process and free parking right beside the hotel (note that you have to give your keys)

It would've been nice to have a proper bar area used by guests to make the most of the view and Terrace area

The best stay we had in years!

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Ca' Serena that really exceeded our expectations! The staff is super friendly and always happy to help in any way they can, rooms are specious and clean and the location is perfect. Thank you for making our stay at Sirmione so enjoyable!

Quiet, Sunny Sirmione location

The property is in a great location directly at the beach area of Sirmione. The location is tucked down a small street which can be tricky when it comes to parking, but thankful parking was available. The room was clean and tidy but a little domestic feeling, not a lot of character. Outside had lovely seating and lounging area.

Nothing not to like really although parking is tricky! Your car can be moved by staff if you leave it on site to allow access for other vehicles.

Overall I can't say anything bad about the hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very kind and helpful staff, gave us nice recommendations; tasty breakfast. The view from the terrace overlooking the lake during breakfast is simply gorgeous!

Although the room was a bit small, it wasn't an issue, however we had some noisy neighbours who were blasting the TV at midnight and we could hear it through the walls.
