Schönes Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Sicht zum See. Frühstücksbuffet sehr fein. Angestellte im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Essen auch lecker. Super Lage um zu Fuss nach Sirmione zu gelangen.

Wlan funktionierte meistens nicht. Dame am Empfang war nicht die Freundlichkeit in Person, eher mürrisch drauf.

Frühstück war ok. Ausblick auf den See sehr schön.

Vorsicht! Keine Halbpension buchen!!! Empfang war nicht schön. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir gleich die Kurtaxe bezahlen. Dann hieß es gleich, dass beim Abendessen nur 2 Gänge inkludiert sind. Im Restaurant bekamen wir einen losen Zettel mit Mahlzeiten, von denen wir 2 aussuchen konnten. Danach stellte sich heraus, dass 1 Gang ohne Beilage gilt. Zb 1. Gang Pasta, 2. Gang Fischfilet. (Wir bestellten Kartoffeln als Beilage dazu) Die Beilagen mussten wir am Urlaubsende selber zahlen! Auch ein Dessert war nicht inklusive! Am schlimmsten fanden wir jedoch, dass auch noch ein Coperto von 3,50 Euro pro Person pro Abend verrechnet wurde! Und das alles bei Buchung von Halbpension! Nach langem Hin und Her wurde auf das Coperto verzichtet. Wir reisen viel, aber sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Und das bei absolut überhöhten Preisen! Also Finger weg von dieser „Villa“!

Tout était parfait. La chambre, le personnel, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner.

My parents were guests and they were absolutely thrilled, big room, great view, heating, perfect location, pets allowed & pleasent experience with the staff. They will return here every time when they are in Sirmione.

Just wow - the bedroom, the bathroom, the view. Controlling the temperature of the room was so easy. The pizzaria in the evening was jam packed with locals and guests - such a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant is one of my favourite places to go for lunch, something which I do several times a year.

I fail to think of anything.

1. I have paid for city tax together with booking the room but on the reception we had to paid 20euro city tax again for 2 nights… 2. We booked 2 connecting rooms but second was so cold that we had to sleep all together in 1 room

A really good place to stay. The place is beautiful with nice views on the lake. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean and cozy.

The only thing I would improve - leave at a least a bottle of water in the room for guests (we had to buy one)
