Very nice and quiet location. Beautiful garden and the most comfortable bed.

5mins walk to the lake where swimming is possible. There is a bus stop to the old town which needs to pay £2 per trip if you are not driving. The lady who checked us in is helpful and the room is just wonderful.

Parking and close (30 minutes walk) to Sirmione
No lake access, no swiming pool, poor air condition, expensive for location without a pool or vicinity to Sirmione. No cool drinks after 9 pm, also terrace or advertised wine bar is closed. More like one night overpriced Motel.
