Easy - staff were so friendly and helpful - no hassles - ALL staff were great and professional, cleaning was of a high standard, the luxury villa we had was stunning in so many ways - absolutely nothing to fault (except water in the shower could have been hotter) - great location
The only thing that wasn't great was the hot water in our apartment but everything and I mean everything else was spot on and perfect - we had the nicest villa/apartment

Wow what can I say, amazing holiday from start to finish. We picked up our keys from reception and our bags were stored for us until check in, we were then taken by car to the Villa as we had a lot of luggage. The Villa itself is absolutely stunning, very spacious, well laid out and spotlessly clean. We had a private pool, barbecue area, hot tub and loads of outdoor furniture with very spacious seating areas. We were left an amazing gift basket on the day of our check in. We had 3 fabulous bedrooms very spacious and amazing showers with a spa bath in the main room. The cleaning staff were also amazing, called everyday to clean and make the beds and clean fresh towels everyday. We will definitely make a return visit here when in Lanzarote again. Thank you.
