Location is brilliant and room is spacious. It’s pretty comfortable as well. Water flow is amazing, and hotel offered us free breakfast during our stay which was very kind of them. They’ve got a restaurant service 24/7 which is also great.
Reception sounded a bit uninterested, when I spoke with them in Turkish they were 10/10. However, when the rest of the group tried to get anything done, they used English of course, it was very very hard to communicate.
Further, we thought there was a dedicated smoking area in the hotel, therefore we brought our hookah with us, however, the reception said they don’t have such facility and rejected our request. There is a wee terrace in the restaurant floor, but they didnt grant us access to that.
Light in the bathroom was not really great, made it hard to use the mirror.
Breakfast buffet is pretty limited but does the job.

The room layout are not properly considered. The staff are also not professional and have a do as little as possible attitude
